We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree NOT to: Violate any applicable laws or regulations, Infringe upon intellectual property rights, Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code, Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others, Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices, Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services, Use automated systems to access the Services without permission, Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, Resell or redistribute the Services without authorization.

Professional Conduct: Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, Ensure proper consent for voice recordings, Comply with advertising and marketing regulations, Respect intellectual property rights.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account.

Subscription Plans: Our Services are offered on a subscription basis with various plan options. Current pricing is available on our website or upon request.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, All fees are non refundable unless otherwise specified, You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically, Failed payments may result in service suspension.

Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days notice, Price changes will take effect at your next billing cycle, You may cancel before the new price takes effect.

Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes, except for taxes based on our net income.

Refund Policy: 14 day money back guarantee for new subscriptions, Refunds are not available after the 14 day period, Partial refunds may be provided at our discretion, Contact info@hodos360.ai for refund requests.

Our Intellectual Property: The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by HODOS360 and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Services ("Your Content"). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, process, and store it as necessary to provide the Services.

Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

Restrictions: You may not: Copy, modify, or distribute our content, Use our trademarks without permission, Remove any copyright or proprietary notices, Create derivative works based on our Services.

Our Commitment: We understand the sensitive nature of legal work. We commit to: Protecting your confidential information, Not disclosing client data to third parties (except as necessary for Services), Maintaining appropriate security measures, Supporting attorney client privilege.

Your Obligations: You agree to: Protect any confidential information we provide, Not disclose our proprietary technology or methods, Maintain confidentiality of pricing and contract terms.

Exceptions: Confidential information does not include information that: Is publicly available, Was known to you before disclosure, Is received from a third party without restriction, Is independently developed, Must be disclosed by law.

"AS IS" Basis: THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

No Professional Advice: HODOS360 provides AI powered business tools but does not provide professional advice (legal, financial, medical, etc.). Our AI tools are designed to assist your business operations but do not replace professional judgment. You are solely responsible for: Verifying AI generated content, Making business decisions, Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

No Guarantees: We do not guarantee: Uninterrupted or error free service, Specific results from marketing services, Accuracy of AI generated content, Compatibility with all systems.

Third Party Services: We are not responsible for third party services, integrations, or content linked from our Services.

Limitation: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HODOS360 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING: Loss of profits, revenue, or data, Business interruption, Cost of substitute services, Any other intangible losses.

Cap on Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of: The amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, $1,000 USD.

Exceptions: These limitations do not apply to: Our gross negligence or willful misconduct, Our breach of confidentiality obligations, Amounts owed under indemnification provisions, Liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HODOS360 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

Your use of the Services, Your violation of these Terms, Your violation of any third party rights, Your Content, Your negligence or misconduct.

We will: Promptly notify you of any claim, Provide reasonable cooperation in defense, Allow you to control the defense (subject to our approval of any settlement).

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by: Contacting info@hodos360.ai, Using the account cancellation feature, Providing 30 days written notice.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account: Immediately for violation of these Terms, Immediately for non-payment, With 30 days notice for any other reason.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination: Your access to Services will cease, We may delete your data after 30 days, You remain liable for outstanding payments, Confidentiality obligations survive, Sections that by nature should survive will survive.

Data Export: You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

Informal Resolution: Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at info@hodos360.ai to attempt informal resolution. We will work in good faith to resolve disputes within 60 days.

Arbitration: Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Puerto Rico.

Class Action Waiver: YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS.

Exceptions: Either party may seek: Injunctive relief for intellectual property violations, Relief in small claims court for qualifying disputes.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and HODOS360.

Modifications: We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights freely.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
